The hotel is the best choice in Galax. The property is beautiful with very helpful staff. The rooms are a good size and functional. The location is convenient near restaurants, North Carolina, and the older part of town. It's a hidden gem in the mountains. They have a coffee bar in the hotel.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very unfriendly.
